We will be breaking ground in 2025 and expect that homes will be for sale beginning in 2026 with construction beginning in 2027. As we confirm our esteemed builder partners, more information will become available about specific timing for homesites.

The length of this par-72 course will range from the new-golfer friendly 5,180 yards to a demanding 7,705 yards, enticing to all players featuring five sets of tees and perfectly positioned greenside bunkers with challenging greens of varying sizes. It will offer a stunning clubhouse that takes advantage of the panoramic mountain views, a state-of-the-art training academy, a driving range and short game practice area. 

Prairie Point is in the highly sought-after Cherry Creek School District. The community access to regional trails offers the ability to bike or even walk to the surrounding Creekside Elementary, Liberty Middle School and Grandview High School.

Yes. To make Prairie Point a vibrant community filled with lifeenriching amenities, the Prairie Point Metropolitan Districts were formed to design, construct, and maintain public infrastructure and amenities that Prairie Point residents will enjoy for years to come 

Our primary objective at Prairie Point is to complement the existing site attributes with strategically planned open space corridors and pedestrian trail connections. We’ve collaborated closely with our experienced land development team to promote water conservation sustainability through thoughtful plant palettes and irrigation design and implementing a tree protection and relocation plan.
